My current favorite is 1 yoplait fat free vanilla yogurt with 1 quaker 90 calorie granola bar crumbled into it and topped with cool whip free. What's yours?

    tonight I had fresh frozen strawberries from the garden this year , usually I like to top with fat free whip topping, but I was all out .Getting time to go shopping:happy:

    this one is fairly high cal, but it's so good, and is really satisfying:
    Unsalted peanuts, about 1/4 c
    craisins, about 1/8 cup
    ghiradelli bittersweet choc chips, about 16 chips

    Mix 'em together like trail mix. Makes me think of PB&J with added richness from the chocolate. Be warned, depending on the proportions you use, this is about 290 cals--not an everyday snack.
