Anything by Hammerfall (or Cans, the lead singer's side project), Five Finger Death Punch, or Disturbed (or Device, I suppose).

Anything from country, to rap, to Michael Buble. I change up my music based on the workout. I do country and mellow music during cardio like an elliptical. I have one certain CD I use for running- somewhat r&bish- and I use hard core rap when I lift weights.

Most Rock or Blues will do when I am lifting. When I am shadow boxing or working the heavy bag I like Powerage by AC/DC. Perfect rhythm for sparring.

People either love him or hate him, but I always have some Kanye on my playlist... songs like Power, Stronger, even New Workout Plan. And lots of country. I'm weird.

I am a hard rocking metal dude for about 75% of my listening pleasure. I use iHeartRadio and have preset stations for:

    Metallica
    Volbeat
    Five Finger Death Punch
Ratt (yeah, sometimes I like some 80's metal)

Pitbull (another alternative that depends on my mood - I work out in a primarily hispanic gym, so this type of music is most often on the house system anyway)

among other presets, these are the most frequently used

Kid Rock's songs always get me moving!! Great music to get you pumped up! Also not a big Kanye fan but he's okay!! Rock is another one of my favs. Anything from Puddle of Mudd, Seether, 3 doors down, Creed, & more!
