Hi,

I wonder if someone can give me the average calories burnt doing an insanity work out... I am 5ft 6 and weigh around 60kgs?

    You can't really guess about that. It's all about how much effort you put into it because no 2 people will put the same effort into it that weigh exactly the same and are the same height. Just like with any exercise. Get a HRM so you can see your burn if you are curious. :)

    According to the info I just got off the infomercial you can lose up to 1000 calories an hour, but it's like RoseTears143 said it depends on how much effort you put into it.
