Walk/Run 100 miles

Today is my "official" start date on my journey to lose between 40-50 pounds. I actually signed up early last week but I just wanted to get in the habit of recording my food intake and exercise without any real pressure and to give myself a baseline so to speak.

My initial goal is to walk/run 100 miles by the end of the month. That means walking/running 4.76 miles per day, a very attainable goal and approximately 10,000 calories burned.

    Is it too late to say "I'm in!", I have a few walks that are 10miles+ planned for this month =)
    (I want to be able to make my way through the peak district while at university!)
