Help reaching goal #2, please!

Hi all
I've reached my first goal of reaching 17% body fat (17.2%) I'm super duper excited and honestly, wasn't sure if I would ever reach that point. Now, I'm aiming for goal #2, 15% body fat and I'd like to do this in about a month or 2 months time. I was told by a trainer at the gym I can drop 1% in 2 weeks which I thought was incredible, but I'd like to do this at a pace where I know it won't just happen and go away - slow and steady wins the race. It took me 6 months to get from 21% to 17.2% and know I can maintain.
I generally do a FlexiBar class on Mondays for the small muscles and incorporate the big muscle groups as well so my posture is awesome. Tuesdays, I do Shred (Jillian Michaels inspired) and I feel amazing, Wednesday I do my heavy weights or take the day off depending on whether or not I have other engagements with work, Thursday, Shred again and Friday I spin. Saturday and Sunday are generally my resting days.
I eat fairly clean, sometimes like to dip into my wine and have a cookie here and there. I walk like crazy with my dog at least an hour a day minimum and I'm on my feet while I'm home quite a bit because I clean like crazy and cook pretty much all of my meals everyday - unless I have leftovers. I have a desk job that allows me to go to the gym on my lunches (they're an AMAZING company!) so I go every day at lunch.
Any input, feedback, diet tricks, workout advice would be greatly appreciated
Thank you!

In Shape Stage
For those who only have a three or four pounds of fat to lose in order to reveal a ripped, muscular physique, it is probably also best to do HIIT, as this should more effectively rev the metabolic rate while one is at an advanced fat burning level.
For the out of shape beginner HIIT might be overkill, but for the in shape, advanced trainer, it could prove to be perfect as it is, as mentioned, an effective way of improving an already efficient metabolism. HIIT sessions can be done five times a week, independent from any other form of training. Other ways to burn remaining visible body fat include:
■Train with weights using 8-12 repetitions - do this
■Gradually cut out all bad fats while strategically cutting back on carbohydrates - ok, will cut down more
■Stagger calories (three lower calorie days followed by two days higher calories) - I do 5 days low, 2 days high on weekends
■Drink plenty of water to maintain feelings of fullness and help with fat mobilisation - do this
■Cut out junk foods - dot his most of the time, time to buckle down
■Use a personal trainer for motivation - no thanks, I can do this myself
■Cut back on alcohol, or eliminate entirely - already cut back, so we're good
■Make a plan - this is why this is posted so I can start to
■Be consistent - consistency is key, that I am
■Use a fat burning supplement - IS THIS A GOOD IDEA?0 -

You need to have a little more self confidence because you look great!!
If you want to take your fitness to the next level, make friends with people who are already there.0 -
What on Earth do you need help with? You're doing an AMAZING job! You are the one that needs to be helping me!!0

LOL thank you for the compliments everyone, it's very much appreciated
However, I have a 2nd goal and I want to achieve it!...
I think finding friends that are already there is probably the best advice so far...
thanks!0
