Newbie needs help

I am starting today (finally!) How do I enter my workout program into the exercise portion of myfitnesspal? I am doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout video and may occasionally throw in some P90X videos when I have extra time/energy. These are not listed in the general exercises and do such a variety of different exercises that I'm not sure what would be an equivalent. Thanks!
