Soda vs Seltzer water?

How much worse is soda than seltzer water? Does seltzer have the same benefits as regular H20? I've pretty much replaced soda with sparkling water bevs (I love the bubbles), but I'm beginning to wonder if it's any better at all?

    It's definitely better! Just check the soda water you are drinking to make sure that it's only carbonated water and no extra stuff. I love the lime flavored sparkling water from Trader Joe's!

    Check out the ingredients on the back. The seltzer water shouldn't have much in it, and nothing unrecognizable. The soda definitely will have unrecognizable ingredients. Always better to understand what you're eating than just hoping for the best.
