  • Whole foods (without labels), fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats and cheeses, olive and coconut oil, beans...those are the best things. As far as brands, go organic. Fresh, whole and organic are the very best things you can nourish your body with.

    most brands have na generic that is exactly the same nutrition wise and calories. Some times I find walmart brands to have fewer calories then the name brand. One thing I like to buy name brand is wonder wheat bread because it has way less calories per serving then walmarts wheat bread.

    Thanks for the feedback... Especially the whole wheat wonder bread! I love sandwiches...I'm an old WW vet & one thing I loved was you could basically cook the same thing over again & know your pts. for the day... Looking for something similar with good recipes. If you know of a post or chat room please let me know!
