I was experimenting last week with my new found love of laughing cow cheese and came up with this really awesome and easy creamy pasta sauce.

Melt two wedges of laughing cow garlic and herb cheese in a bowl (about 30 seconds),
Add two tablespoons of Renees Mediterranean Greek vingarette, stir and toss with cooked pasta of your choice (about 1 cup cooked pasta takes up all the sauce).

Enjoy!

120 cals, 2 carbs and 12 fat for the sauce.

    Here's another;

    egg yolk, parm, pancetta/guanciale fat, pancetta/guanciale for a carbonara
