yum. It's hazelnut/cocoa spread. It's has hydrogenated oils in it though, so you probably shouldn't eat it.

and the first ingredient in it is sugar, so you probably shouldn't eat it.

(although, I admit, if they would sell it in single serve packets, I'd buy it on treat day and eat it. It's like a spreadable candy bar.)

It's soooo good yet so full of calories, sugar, fat, ect. If I keep it in my cupboard, I will eat it in a few sittings.

Mmm Nutella! If eaten in moderation (Meaning a tablespoon at a time) every few days, it's not horrible for you and definitely curbs my chocolate, goooeeeyy craving!!!! I put it on a high fiber english muffin for a yummy yet nutritious snack.

Hate to do this to you, but -- they do. The sell it at ohhhh what is the name... World Market or something like that. that's what I get so I don't have a whole jar lying around.

banana and nutella crepes are amazing....
when i was studying abroad in France, my friends and I would go buy a jar of it and a freshly baked baguette and just dip it and eat it.
Surprisingly I did this often and came home looking thinner. I LOVE EUROPE.

anyway, its not good for your body, but it does wonders for me mentally. keeps my happiness alive.

Good to know that it could be used to replace candy bars.... maybe... in moderation.... with the rest under lock and key in the pantry

I have no clue...some sort of chocolate pasty something???

Maybe it's a body rub, or a long lost cousin of Fluff -N- Stuff.

Sounds wonderful ever time I hear every body talking about it... However I have never had it!!! I am too scared to buy it after all the raves about it... Sounds like that might be something I don't need in the house. I finally got rid of the majority of the junk and it no longer bothers me. I can't imagine bringing something new into the house to try to break away from.... Hmmm maybe when I closer to my goal I might try it....

    Oh no! Another Nutella thread!!
Nutella is a hazelnut/cocoa spread. It is European (where they use waaaaaay less sugar than us Americans). I use it as an alternative to chocolate and as a treat every now and then. (especially if I have exercise calories to burn).
I have to say that I have always been able to eat it in moderation. It isn't as sweet as chocolate, so it hits that spot without making me want to stuff my face. But if you can't resisit the temptation then it might not be a good thing to have around.
