    I would like to do both challenges. I find when I am in a group it is easier for me to remember to do and follow. I have a tendency to forget when it is just in a forum style

    I have a question about the challenge - at least with the squats. Aren't you supposed to have a rest day for 24 hours (like do squats or leg exercises every other day) ? Everything I've read you're supposed to give muscles a 24-48 hour rest so the muscles can repair and build. I'm wondering if this challenge is a good idea because of it? Maybe I'll do it but every other day...?? any thoughts?
