    155. Starting Weight: 190, Low Weight: 145. Constant battle trying to keep it down! I feel my best at 150.

I'm 5'10.5...so basically 5'11...anyhow I started at 323 and I'm now 265...Ultimately I would like to get to 170! Which would put me on the higher end of a "healthy" weight.

    I'm 5'11'' and currently 171 :(
Low weight 125-130 (somewhere in there, not for sure) high weight (UNpregnant weight) 185...look best at 135-140ish but wanna have more muscle this time so I'm aiming for 140-145.
  • Awesome thanks you guys it seems as though 135 is a common "normal" weight range then for me as well as others :) I'm 150 at my highest and 120 at my lowest but I like being around 130-135 it takes little effort and looks good and healthy.

i am 5'11 and 350lbs. Because of my height people always low ball my weight when I pressure them to guess and by people i mean friends and family. But yes, being tall all throughout life I was told I could carry more weight and that I was just a naturally big girl, but I know my body was not meant to carry this much weight. My goal weight is 200lbs even. :)

I'm 5'10.5'' and at the moment I'm 186, working to get to 170. Then I'll try to get to 160, maybe 155. I really can't imagine that 135 would look healthy on me, I have a feeling I'd look far too skinny. But I suppose if I build lots of muscle. I guess I'll have to experiment to see what my best weight is!

Once I get to my ideal weight, I'm going to do what my mom does to stick at her ideal weight: weight myself everyday and allow myself three pounds each way. If I go below or above, start paying attention to lose or gain weight.

So funny how different body types are! I am 5'9" and currently weigh 191, my goal is 175. I haven't seen that weight in almost 20 years. When I was in my 20's I looked and felt best at 165, size 8/10. I got down to 155 once but looked horrible.....my collar bones protrude even now but at that weight, I just looked sick. Will play it by ear after I reach 175 but very happy to be getting close!

I'm 6'1" and currently weigh 194. Highest was 202 and lowest that I can remember was 162. At that weight, I agree the previous poster that my collar and chest bones stuck out too. I'd be really happy with 170-175 and just be toned-toned-toned. Be a kick butt nana at 52 wearing my two piece again.

Glad to know I'm not the only one not aiming for lower than 150! It would just look so unnatural on me! I've always had hips and an average sized chest and a bum and I don't want to lose some of that padding, I like having a healthy layer. To each their own!

5'11 or 6' depending on the day. Started at 257lb, currently 236.5. I am aiming for the 140-150 range. My lowest I remember is 200. Even then I looked ok. Being tall has its advantages but I would like to be down a lot lower in the healthy bmi range.

^^this. I am 5'9" and weigh around 153lbs and for me it's more about some inches I want to lose and tighten up everything a bit :). If I lose a few pounds in the process I won't complain but inches are my main goal because I want to be and look fit. I know if I am around 150 lb people start to comment that I look very thin but maybe it's because I have rather long limbs combined with a curvy figure?

I weigh 175 and I'm very happy with my body. I started off at my highest known weight which was 255. I aimed for 160 ish but as I was losing weight I switched to focus more on a measurement/dress size goal range. I just wanted to lose fat but keep some curves, have some muscles show in my arms and legs and wanted to be able to wear a bikini comfortably and I have accomplished them all.
