I am a 32year old mother of 2 boys ages 3 & 1-1/2. I am 5'10" and I am thrilled with my progress in just 2 short months!
So this first pic is day one of my change at 188.6Lbs 3 April 2013

Here I am 179.8lbs 26 April. This is just a change in my diet. About 1500-1600 cal daily.

This is today 174.2Lbs 1 June. I started SL 5x5 3 times a week for 4weeks so far. Still no cardio yet.

My next goal is to add in cardio 2x a week to help increase the # of cals I can eat.
Hope these pics can help inspire others as so many others have helped to inspire me:flowerforyou:

I was just looking at the SL5x5 program. I noticed that everyone gained weight but also gained definition and muscle so maybe that is why your scale in not moving. Muscel weighs more then fat, remember, LOL!0

Yes! I am not worried about the scale # because I like what I see in the mirror. I don't think I am building muscle though because I am eating at a deficit so don't have the nesiary calories to build. I do believe there is a bit ow water retention to help with muscle repair.0 -
Very inspiring!! Congrats!!0
