I am a 32year old mother of 2 boys ages 3 & 1-1/2. I am 5'10" and I am thrilled with my progress in just 2 short months!

So this first pic is day one of my change at 188.6Lbs 3 April 2013

Here I am 179.8lbs 26 April. This is just a change in my diet. About 1500-1600 cal daily.

This is today 174.2Lbs 1 June. I started SL 5x5 3 times a week for 4weeks so far. Still no cardio yet.

My next goal is to add in cardio 2x a week to help increase the # of cals I can eat.

Hope these pics can help inspire others as so many others have helped to inspire me:flowerforyou:

It is a progressive beginners lifting program. You should check out the SL 5x5 group they are helpful and encouraging. It takes about 40 min per workout for me 3x a week.

I was just looking at the SL5x5 program. I noticed that everyone gained weight but also gained definition and muscle so maybe that is why your scale in not moving. Muscel weighs more then fat, remember, LOL!

Keep it up. Our bodies respond well to muscle stress. It worked for me!

Yes! I am not worried about the scale # because I like what I see in the mirror. I don't think I am building muscle though because I am eating at a deficit so don't have the nesiary calories to build. I do believe there is a bit ow water retention to help with muscle repair.
