Hello everyone im Kassie. I am not new to myfitnesspal. About a year ago I went from 155 to 135 using this site I have recently fallen off the weight loss wagon and am looking to get back on. I now fluctuate between 142 and 145. I am looking for some motivational friends to help keep me on track. Anyone is welcome to add me.

A little more about me... I work in fast food which makes this so much harder than it was before. I have explored lots of different types of fitness activities such as running, yoga, pilaties, cycling, zumba, dance, and lifting. I aphetically enjoy exercise but have a hard time with portion control. I am currently in love with the elliptical. I am also starting the 100 squats a day challenge today.
