Late night exercise: OK to eat after?

Hi. I am having trouble finding the answer to question:
I am a black belt in Taekwon-Do. My class time is 8:00 - 9:00 pm with a 30 minute ride home. Should I eat when I get home or not? Some trainers say to replenish your body after a workout, but on the other hand I should not be eating so close to bed time.
Thoughts anyone?

Why shouldn't you be eating close to bedtime? Your body doesn't know the time of day.0

Maybe just a tall glass of milk? But if you are really starving have something light for sure,0

Yes, you can eat whenever you want.0

since it takes time to digest food, why not just eat well before hand. The food you eat now wont hit you intestines for several hours.0

Yes, I would suggest u consume little to no carbs if possible, but definitely a protein and a fat if u like!0
