I've lost 28 lbs

I started my journey on Jan. 28th of this year. I stepped on the scale and weighed 161 lbs. I was really not comfortable with my weight so I began my journey of weightloss. I studied the success forums to see how people lost weight and with this knowledge I have been able to lose weight. I went from a pant size 12-14 down to a size 6. I still have some more weight to lose but want to share my success. The things that have worked for me is figuring out my BMR based on this website http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ using the military fat percentages. For me I have found it's all about calories in versus calories out. I hope this helps someone... Thanks
