ONE YEAR!!! PIC HEAVY

In just one year I have managed to lose almost 100 pounds, 13 inches from my waist, 12 inches from my hips, and over 40 inches from my entire body. I honestly could not be more proud of my accomplishment, I have turned my life and my health around! Such a happy freaking day!

I just feel so much better! I don't feel so lethargic all the time. I'm way more energetic and not at risk for diabetes II anymore
