    First post...let's see how this goes. My commute to work by bike yields 20km a day, I've been doing this for years. I'm trying to bump up the mileage to 40 or 60 a day a few days a week. So, I'm in for 700 km (~435 miles)

    so i cant figure out how to update my ticker, can anyone help me out?
  • I am in for another month!!! With 2 months not meeting my goal I am dropping way down to only 50 miles this month!! Hopefully now that we have our bikes back I can quickly surpass that goal and shoot for my two previous goals of 75 miles!!! We will see what happens for June!!!

    06/01/2013: Walk around the neighborhood with the pooch now that all the storms have passed through Oklahoma City for now!! Expecting more ran Tuesday through Friday so gotta get these miles in while I can this week!!

    I went back to the website and selected Exercise Ticker. It just had me put in my password and update the tracker. I am not a pro at it but that is all I did.
