Not sure if my photo will work but wanted to share a before and after.

stoked to have gotten this far Id like to lose another 6kgs yet :-D

    Thank you,my mfp is set at 1200 but to be honest I dont always hit that its sometimes less. I started in Nov last year the first 10 came off in 6 weeks that five took a wee while to shift lol But i shifted my workouts into more lifting than cardio.
