Sugar migraines?

so if you havent been eating anything sugary (still eating carbs just not sugary sweets and desserts) will eating it once give you a terrible migraine? I haven't been getting migraines since I've been eating properly, and I had a bowl of pudding last night for dessert... I wake up this morning and my head feels like its going to explode... is it related? Or just a coincidence?

Could be either. Some people have food triggered migraines. Make a note in your food diary containing the onset time and duration of the migraine on the day it occurs and see if you see any trends if you get another one. Migraines are awful.0
