Water Weight or Actual Weight?

So recently I lost some weight which I am very happy about! With that excitement came some lenience over my once-strict regime. I lost about 8 pounds in three weeks and then gained back 4 pounds over the course of 2-3 weeks. That means I consumed 14,000 calories on top of my normal caloric intake???... I thought it was water weight until the number on the scale was constant over a number of days. (Also, ladies: I'm 11 days "late" on my period if you want to factor that in...)

Could you be pregnant?
No, hahahaha, definitely NOT pregnant. That is not even in the question.0 -
If you're 11 days late and you're not pregnant, it's likely at least partly water bloat.0
