Hi all!
I was just wondering if you have any favorite workout videos that I could find on YouTube?
Weights, Pilates, yoga or aerobics? Anything... I am trying to find some new ways to keep it fresh!

There are so many! What a resource. I take gym classes normally but am away for two weeks so I downloaded videos from youtube and I think I'm getting a better workout doing these then the ones at my gym! My favorite are all of Jillian's free videos. I also searched for kickboxing and/or bootcamp and adjusted the filter for longer videos and found some great ones. I too love fitness blender. I do a weight training video from that. My husband also turned me on to a video called "Belly Off" and its by Men's health and is also weight training. . I remember doing Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons VCR tapes back in the day. There are tons of videos of all different intensities on youtube.

Exercise TV's Bootcamp Calorie Burn. I've used it many times and Kendall Hogan is hilarious. I did the workout last night with my bf and we were both drenched with sweat. Definitely a calorie burner!!!0

Going to 2nd Blogilates. I just recently started doing her videos and they add some fun variety on days I don't go to the gym because she has so many different videos. If you are just starting, you should first try "POP Pilates for Beginners - Total Body Workout."
When you visit her regular website (www.blogilates.com) and sign up for the newsletter (just name and email) you get the password for the monthly calendar which gives you a "routine" to follow for each day of the month, made up of her different videos.0 -
All these are such great ideas! I will have to check them out! Thanks!!0

I am all about BeachBodyMom's workouts. They're short (only 30 min and perfect for before work) and are super low impact. Still gets my heart rate up and sweaty, but doesn't kill my several times broken ankle.0

I was thinking of posting this question - I'll have to check out some of the recommendations here I've been trying the workouts on FitSugar http://www.fitsugar.com/workouts - pretty easy to find on YouTube with a "fitsugar" search
RELATED QUESTION: How do you all WATCH these while working out? Are you able to access them on your TV, or do you prop a phone, ipad or laptop nearby?

Checking this out later!
I'm currently doing the hasfit 90 day workout program and I'm on week 9 so I will be looking for something new soon! http://hasfit.com/

I think people do use your phone or ipad. Personally, I download them because my internet isn't fast enough play them live. I play them on my computer but that got annoying because when its floor work, I couldn't see from the floor and I was always adjusting the screen. So, $45.00 for the cord and adapter thingie and then $10 for the sound cord and I'm able to use my tv. I guess its an investment in my health:) I think I might actually stick with doing a 30 min Jillian video on some days along with going to the gym.
Edited to add that I really like using several different videos and not doing the same one over and over again. I made up a "schedule" and just finished week one and will start week two tomorrow.0 -
