Just lost 163lbs whats up :D

Hey everyone My names Patrick from ireland, decided to finally use mfp after tracking all along on pen and paper and keeping numbers in my head, this way is definitely easier!

I started to diet last year and have lost 163lbs so far, currently reverse dieting back up to maintenance calories and staying there until after xmas.
