please help me get back on track

well I was doing so good the program... lost a little weight, noticed difference in my body, but most importantly felt great... then went on vacation (all inclusive) and since then I have been struggeling to get back into the program... I have put back on some of the weight and back to sugar and carbs.... feel pretty crappy... need some support plllleeeeeaaaassse.

The only way to not feel so crappy is to just take the plunge and get back into it. Just know as long as you get back into eating right/exercising, your vacation didn't "ruin" all your previous progress. You can still move forward. You'll get back to where you were, and you'll feel so much better for it. There's no time like the present either, putting things off and thinking about them only makes me feel more anxious.

i think all of us come to a point where we fall off track during our weight loss. but you realize weight loss and fitness is a way of life and a choice we make everyday. you just need to make a choice not to eat sugars and carbs. start slowly back on you dont have to make a sharp u- turn , just start thinking about it and eventually youll get back on.0
