    Beautiful job, you are so toned in your after, it looks like you were never overweight.

    What sort of exercise did you do?

    I'm following Jillian Michael's programs.
    I started with the 30DS,then six week six pack,now on my second go of ripped in 30 then plan to go on to Burn fat boost metabolism. I also jog 30 minutes a day.
    I'm a pig and love food so now I eat religious on week days and allow whatever weekends it works for me but not everyone :-)

    OMG, these before and after pictures are fantastic! You look stunning! Like a totally new, glowing person. :) And that dress was made for you. You should really just sit back for a second to take it all in - you have accomplished a lot, and it shows! Be proud, lady. :)
