Can I use water pills to help. Will walking and sweating, sauna help? How can I make my face shrink a little and look more defined.

I agree with HOWARD. Let's all play nice. We're here to build one another up, not backwards.0 -

One of my main motivations to get rid of (TUBS), my tum, is to slim down my face. I have a wide and chubby face, especially when I smile! When I had lost weight, about 10 lbs two years ago, others noticed the lose from my face. So weight loss will do it, I wanna say cardio for sure.
Best wishes on your journey friend! ;]0 -

Don't know if you can spot reduce like that....good luck though.0 -
Gonna agree that it's probably fat, and not water weight. Which means you need to lose fat.0

I agree with howard and sweets...this is the meanest place I have EVER seen!0

To the rude posters: Seriously... unless you have a reply that will help the OP, you should refrain from responding..
To OP: you can't choose where you lose your weight. You have to lose weight overall and it will show in different places in different people. Lost enough and it will show in all places.0 -
Try doing chin ups0

I don't care how little I get, I still have a pretty round face with full cheeks. Some of us are just designed that way. If you have *excessive* fat around the face and neck, along with the body, then weight reduction will take care of that. But if Mom and Dad gave your "round face" genes, then you may need to learn to live it.0

And THIS is a positive, useful post to the OP how?0 -
What is water pills, precious?

You're not going to be able to choose where to lose weight. Just lower your overall body fat percentage and if you've got extra weight in your face it will come off. If you're just built with a wide face then there's not much you can do. My husband gains and loses from his face first. I, on the other hand, don't carry much weight there so I look pretty much the same as I always have.0

Try using the thight master between your teeth to work your jaws. Maybe that'll help.0

Thanks for the replys. I am loosing weight, so when I hit my goal at 130 my face will look thin too. That is great news. I thought it was a water issue. So far I lost a little, but i don't notice a difference in my face.0
