Well, I've done todays... and added toe touches in-between each set to make it a little bit more of a serious stretch. Maybe I just enjoy yogic vinyasas too much, haha, I like to flooooow.

Haha I just tried this - my plan is to 50 today and 50 tomorrow. I'm sore from yesterday's workout so I only got to ten before I had to take a break. It hurts!0 -
