I lost 7.2lbs and 6inches and I felt super awesome. I'm not a cleanse/shake/pill/fad diet sort of person but I had a reader of my blog offer to buy it for me so I gave it a go. Just thought Id post my before/afters and a link to my review for anyone who is curious about Advocare Products. I can only speak for what I did, I haven't tried anything else, but I surprisingly would recommend it!

Definitely can see the progress. Way to go! Now, time to figure out how to make this progress made during the 24 day cleanse sustainable long-term? If you figure out the secret, let me know.

Will do! haha. I just plan to eat as healthy as I did during the cleanse and keep working my *kitten* off and maybe do a cleanse every 3-4 months as suggested. We'll see!!
