I like jump rope because I dont get bored. I can change up my step, pace or create a pattern/routine.

I prefer jumping rope because I can REALLY feel the burn. And as far as calories, it just depends how fast/long you do either one for. Personally, I burn more jumping rope!0

Rope is better for fitness. Jacks are better for not tripping and falling and breaking out all your teeth. (Ok, so I only know one person that happened to and really it was only four teeth but I still use it as an excuse not to jump rope.)0

I also wear wrist weights to mix up my routine as well. Just throwing that out there...0

Hahaha! Someone asked me the same thing when i mentioned that i shadow box when jogging on the treadmill :laugh:0
