Apples and squash! Both are full of fiber, low in calories and high in minerals and vitamins!0

Cabbage

Sweet Potatoes

Peppers
Mushrooms
Those seem to be my favorite.0 -
I find my veg salads with mixed greens add a lot of fiber to my diet. I also eat a lot of apples, and only choose whole grain breads. I usually hit over 30g of fiber a day.0

I start almost every day with Fibre one cereal and berries for breakfast. 14gms +2 gms.
I also love legumes and eat a lot of vegetables. I am usually over on fibre at the end of the day.0 -
I eat vegetables every day and salads for lunch on week days but come no where near my fibre goals which is worrying as the recommendation is 38g per day for men.0

I am terrible about eating things with fiber . . but like you, I am now starting to watch this as well . .. i Take a gummy fiber everyday so that helps a bit.0

I just rejoined myfitnesspal because I need to make sure I am bulking up on my fiber. I recently had rectal cancer and I am having trouble with my bowels. (tmi sorry) I like Quaker oats high fiber instant oatmeal. Fiber one plus bars and Metamucil in my OJ in the morning. I also have fiber gummy vitamins. 5 mg each chewy. I am trying to find different ways that are tasteful to add to my diet0
