Hi everyone,
Just stumbled across this site today and decided to join. I'm 5'9 and starting at 186 lbs ugh. I can't believe I let myself get this heavy, but I am determined to get back down to 140-145 Hope I can make it. I can use as many friends and encouraging words as possible!!! How about you??? What's your story??

    Hello there from Scotland :).

    I joined this site 27 months ago but never logged in or taking weight loss seriously until now. I'm female 45 5"2 starting weight was 71 kilos managed to loss 1 kilo in two weeks :D x
