    I recently fell off the wagon big time and need all the buddies I can get to stay back on! I'm currently doing Turbo Fire and eating around 1500 cals a day. My diary is open to my friends.

    Hi ya
    I've used the phone app for a while on and off but never bothered with the 'community' section. Don't like using forums cus some people like to be a bit mean, but this all looks good and i think i may actually need somebody to say "Oi Fatty...lose some weight"!
    But anyway, i'm in Norfolk and started a fresh today...determined to lose 10lbs in June!
