morning binge

Woke up exhausted and didn't have the focus to decide to sleep. instead I ate and ate and ate. It's 11:00 and I've eaten my 1200 for the day. Can't get to the gym. The most I can get in terms of exercise is 90 minutes of walking. The last 400 cal was a binge mixutre of butter and brown sugar, heated up and poured over some roasted almonds - candied nuts. The first part was a lot of- but healthy. I'm tired and not too planted in my life's work right now. So a bit aimless and feeling lost. I'm looking for a ray of hope as I had been doing extremely well and feeling happy. Tiredness feel like a profound enemy. How to get through the rest of the day with no calories left really. Don't want to starve for the rest of the day.
thanks for helping out.

Maybe you should consider eating more calories? 1200 calories is the lowest amount you should be eating. This website may help you with figuring out how many calories you should be eating: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
Eat healthily for the rest of the day and try and get a little bit of exercise in.0 -
Eat normal healthy food for the rest of the day. There is no reason to starve yourself - it could trigger another binge. That is a tip some of my binge-eater friends got from their doctors, to keep eating as normal and try to figure out what to do the next time you feel a binge coming.0

Sounds to me like you're not eating enough in general and your body is crying out for fuel. Can you get something like a tuna salad (light or no dressing) for lunch and chicken with steamed veg and rice dinner?
And then check out In Place Of A Roadmap (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013) and figure out what you actually need to eat to lose weight sustainably.0 -

Xidia, I did it. If I did it correctly ( I didn't measure fat because it didn't seem like I needed to to get the FDEE - and I have no scale or tape measure to do it with (at the office!!), So I've customized my net caloric intake to 1822, and feel scared to move forward on this. But I've been reading so many examples on this site about it. And it really does make sense that we train our metabolism to slow down to compensate for not eating enough. So I'll proceed with caution. I've succesffully lost 4lb already. I really don't want to go backwards. But I'm tired of feeling so tired and feeling like I'm often doing the right thing. i'm also confused that I should be eating more than my husband who is 6', 157 lb and extremely fit. he's not particularly attached to food, as I am. But he seems very 'regulated', as compared to me.0

Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep deficits get in the way of success as you've seen. If you're not sleep deprived, do something to get your heart rate up and put out some endorphins to counter act the blues.
If you are depressed -- unfocused, unhappy, aimless -- think about seeing a doctor.
And I second the person who said you probably need more than 1200 a day.0 -
sometimes we have crazy eating days...its part of life. take note of it, and carry on. you'll be fine!0

You will be fine. I have done this and feel like crap for the rest of the day. Drink plenty of water and eat normal. Put this behind you and get back on track. Make sure you are getting enough sleep.0

It's hard, but go up slowly. So eat as best you can today (but still have a healthy lunch and healthy dinner). Try to exercise as best you can. Up your calories a bit tomorrow (1400?), and again the next day. Try to get your weekly net calories close to your weekly goal, maybe, instead of focusing on the daily goal?0
