What a difference a year makes - graduation (pics)

Yesterday my "baby" graduated from high school, since my kids are only 18 months apart we had the typically family pics from last year to this year and WOW did I notice a difference. I am one of those that doesn't see it day to day in myself! I think there is about a 30 lb difference in these two pics.

And this one I am posting, just cause I like it :) I am pretty proud of that arm!!

    I do a lot if weights. Since the beginning I did the machines and switched to free weights about 7 months ago. Best thing I've ever done and love it!
