Power 90 completed

I completed the old school Power 90 on May 8th, but I was having problems with Flash so I wasn't able to use Photobucket at that time. After 90 days I only lost 9.2 pounds. But here are the rest of my results:
Chest: 36 --> 35
Right arm: 12 --> 11.25
Left arm: 11.5 --> 11.5
Waist: 33 --> 31
Hips: 37.5 --> 34.5
Right thigh: 23.5 --> 21.5
Left thigh: 23 --> 21.5
Weight: 161.0 --> 151.8
Even though the set is outdated and it's not as intense as P90x I would still recommend Power 90 as an effective at home video especially for beginners. Crossing my fingers I load the photo right!

Great job! I'm on day 73, so right behind you! Power 90 is AMAZING (I'm down 26lbs and 23 inches overall so far - I joined MFP later into starting P90 so my ticker isn't accurate) and an excellent way to get yourself off the couch and into shape again. Congrats on your success! You look great!0

I agree, Power 90 is a great program. I got sick with bronchitis a few weeks into it the last time I tried (so I didn't see any measurable results, though my weights and endurance increased), but I'm looking forward to starting it up again soon.0 -
