Trying eDiets

I'm trying a 6-8 week run of eDiets to get me past my plateau and through the Holidays. I've recently has some surgery and I'm trying to get back on track with good habits before a friend's beach wedding in April. I can start light exercise next week, but with the holiday eating and drinking, that's not going to cut it. Has anyone else out there tried it? - AJP

Sorry for he delayed response - it worked great! I ate a lot of fresh vegetables on the side and it felt like enough food. I was concerned that it wouldn't be, but by the time I added a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a sliced tomato or two I was more than full. I did an 8 week run and it was what I needed to get comfortable seeing the correct portion size even though my stomach was teling me it wanted twice that.0
