Thank you to the creator of this site!!!!!! I absolutely love that the food diary is so flexible to any food plan, or condition that requires food tracking, and the fact that the food database keeps all nutrition information of the foods you eat! That was so difficult for me to count for example a milk...because of its other properties-fat, carb....and your lists do it all for me so I am really sticking to my carbs and protein and fat recommendations.....LUV IT
