Hi all. Started on Sunday, as of this morning I have lost 1.4kg (3 lbs) will be weighing in on thursdays, have 20kg (44 lb) to go. Hoping to lose 1-1.5kg per week (2-3 lb).
I know I can do it, and having this to log and also the iPhone Ap will be great.

i just started this week as well and i have the iphone ap which is so helpful. i want to loose 30 pounds, just had a baby. what are you doing to loose the weight? i am sticking to 1200 calories and trying to walk/run a few times a week. it's hard to get out with a newborn but i have been doing well with the calories. i just feel hungry a lot. i lost 1.5 pounds this week.0

I have 4 kids and it is super hard to get out....I do upside down push ups with the youngest....lay on the floor on you back and hold them with our hands under their arms pits with their feet resting on your knees and push them up and bring them back down and kiss them...they lov it and counts as push ups...my favorite excersie tho!
Other than that we dance alot to the radio for cardio cause I can include them that way.0 -
great ideas, with the upside down push ups , I love it. I put music on and dance with my kids also. I also walk to the park with them, they are older now. So they usually ride their bikes while I walk. I swim with them also. They will be going back to school soon so I will try and walk in the morning after I drop them off. Also I am thinking of getting a wii. That will be fun for the whole family.It is hard with kids but we just have to do what we can with them and around them. We can do this0

My Sister and brother in Law both lost around 66 lbs using the Body Trim diet, and I am doing a similar thing. High Lean protein, High Fibre, High Vegetable, Low Starchy Carbs, Low sugar. Eating more often with the protein snacks. No Pills, No Powders, Not much is processed.
Exercise wise we have a Gym at work so I do at least 30 min on the treadmill walking at a pretty decent pace, plus I always use the stairs, park further from the building and will be taking the dogs for a longer walk on weekends. As I drop some weight I will transition my treadmill time into jogging and will also do some weight training.
I have lost 50 Lbs in the past, but then moved into a desk job and the weight slowly crept back on. The frustraing part is that I knew it was happening and didn't stop it!0 -
Today I had 2 pieces of chocolate and ate a total of 1300 calories. Should I feel guilty or will I still be able to loose weight if I have a piece of chocolate. If I am too intense I will not follow it so I want to make sure that I dont do that to myself. Any thoughts?0

I am not eating much chocolate at the moment, but the way I have done it in the past is to get a very high quality dark chocolate and have ONE piece per day. No more. They way you get your treat but don't go overboard. The high quality dark chocolate is easier to eat one piece of in my opinion!0
