Hello everyone! My name is Cindy and I'm really excited about this method of losing weight with this awesome community. My daughter and I began together, and as she mentioned, this is a supportive and kind place to be! Thanks to all of you for your great hints, suggestions, and encouragement. I am inspired and awed by all of you!
