This was taken in 2010 when I was around 175 pounds.

In 2011 when I was about 160

This is 2012 and I was 128 pounds

And now in 2013 and I am 124 which I am happy with.

Also in case anyone is interested I will be 58 years old this year so weight loss can be achieved even if you are older!!

Your pictures did not post and when I tried to copy and past to go to photobucket; that did not work either.

I'd be interested in your progress as I too am a week away from being 58 and on the same journey. Would love to be in the 140s .. and I will some day.

Your tags are wrong, but it also appears there is an issue with your photos & photobucket. Tags should be

(lower case) with the spaces removed, so it's just "img" or "/img" inside the brackets.

The problem was the spaces in the url. It puts in a %20 everytime there is a space. See after the Tunisia in the url below...just removed the %20 and added a space.
