HELP Chocolate danger looming

Ok so today I have 397 cals left and its afternoon tea time that would be fine normally I would opt for a chicken salad for dinner and a yoghurt snack......HOWEVER my girlfriends have organised a catch up at the Chocolate Shop (a cafe down the road very true to it's name) so I am not sure what to do.
I don't have time to go for a run to earn some more calories.
I could have a hot chocolate but that would still be about half my remaining and too much fat and sugar!
I can't have nothing the girls will not allow it (its not really acceptable in my group to be on a diet, we all just pretend we are naturally slim!!!)
Tomorrow morning I have a big work out scheduled (600 cals) so I could definitely eat a few hundred under then, but I'm new to this and not sure, is it ok to swap calories over different days? i.e. if I eat 200 over today and 200 less tomorrow?
Or any other good suggestions??

I think it's fine to go over 1 day. If you're over say 400 calories you could eat 100 less calories over the next 4 days. You'll still end up with the same deficient at the end of the week.0

Yes, you have to make allowances for moments like this. It's not a disaster, just make sure you make up for it over the next day or two0

Ok whew thanks for the reassurance guys and I will savour my chocolate treat knowing I have to work for it over the next few days0

get something dark chocolate with as low amounts of added sugar as you can and low on carbohydrates. Drink tea and nibble, insisting you had a big lunch?0

Ok I had a green tea and some dark lavender chocolate and used the 'Big lunch' line And then went for an extra run this morning so no crash and burn. It seems little but this is pretty big for me. Normally I would make excuses about how i HAD to eat junkfood and then think well since I've ruined my diet I may as well go nuts on it! So thanks!! x0
