Smoothie
Today I ran nearly all of a 10K for the first time. Using the HRM as a guide I needed to get some serious calories back in. I opted to throw a smoothie together that turned out incredible. This is not a low calorie recipe by any means. You've got to earn this for sure!
Almond Butter (28 gm) - 180 Calories
Whey Protein (1 scoop) - 110 Calories
Almond Milk, Unsweetened (1 cup) - 40 Calories
Old Fashion Rolled Oats, uncooked (1/2 cup) - 150 Calories
Banana (100 gm) - 87 Calories
Total Calories 567
62 g Carbs
23 g Fat
38 g Protein
Basically I'd burned over 2600 calories doing a the run and a Plyo routine so I need the calories. If can afford the calories, give this a try... it was fantastic!
