Soda Solutions

So I don't drink soda very often, but whenever I do, I get really bloated and gain a pound or two immediately. Why is this, and what can I do about it? Other than not drinking soda, of course. I honestly have a soda maybe 3 or 4 times a year. But I just feel awful after drinking one (of course I always forget that and drink it anyway :P).

The carbonation may give you the bloating. Pop won't make you gain weight though unless the regular pop puts you above your TDEE calories.

Not sure what you can do besides not drinking it. I personally have no issues with it and drink diet pop daily.
  • Then it's probably because I drink soda so rarely, and so when the carbonation makes me bloated I am extra aware of it. Thanks, anyway!

Club soda with fresh lime juice and a truvia is my best friend!
