2. How do you post them and or pics on here?

Do a search for [whatever you're looking for] gif, then either right click and copy the image location, then post between [ i m g ] and [ / i m g ] (remove spaces), or save it to a site like photobucket and use the link with the img tags, just make sure they're lowercase img or it won't work. If you click on "quote" where someone posted a gif here, you'll see what it's supposed to look like.
