Reset!! I never got off the ground, after 2 years I am back

I am doing a reset...58 years old. struggled with weight for the last 20 years. I need some good solid support and help.I am active, love adventure.I have 7 grand blessings and h ave been married to my high school sweet heart for 40 years. I returned from a visit with my daughter, who lives on a tropical island, with Dengue fever. I have struggled to feel better. The pain was excruciating. So, here I am. My eye doctor who is a friend has the app on his phone and he has lost 35 pounds. I am really proud of him. I decided to give it a go.
