What do the numbers mean?

I joined MFP two months ago because I didn't like WW "Magic Number" that tends to dumb the nutrition down to just one meaningless number. I'm super happy at my progress so far - it's working for me: slow & steady wins the race, right? Being vegetarian and wanting to meet my nutritional needs, I want/need to know what the numbers mean. That said, I am confused by my goal numbers here. Particularly Calcium & Iron. For example:

My "goal" for calcium is 100. Great - 100 what, 100mg or 100% of my RDA, or what?? My RDA for calcium is 18mg. 1/2 cup cooked edamame = 4.4mg calcium, so that would be 25% of my RDA, but MFP says it's 10 - 10 what??

Any help out there, or is there info somewhere that I'm missing which explains the macros & goals?
Thanks!!
Alecia
