I have my menu plan for the rest of the week as well, down to 3 snacks and 3 meals a day :P
Wednesday - Morrocan Lamb and cous cous with steamed greens (will actually be beef, as my local supermarket had no lamb fillets)
Thursday - Beef and lentil curry (was supposed to be lamb)
Friday - Home made pizzas (kids will have ham and pineapple and mine will be chicken and veg)
Saturday - Pork fillets with pear, goats cheese, and slivered almonds on quinoa with steamed greens
Sunday - Chicken pot pie (another CE Magazine Australia recipe)
planning this way helps keep me on track, mostly. LOL
Hope you get some awesome inspiration!0

Stuffed Cob - Take one cob loaf, cut hole in top & scoop out insides and then cram full of your choice of stuff. I've used smoked salmon, cucumber, cheese, tomato & boiled egg......it's chilling in the fridge, ready to slice later. Serve with salad.0

I cooked it in bulk yesterday, lobbed some tuna and tabasco in and had it with garlic bread.
After a day living off the splash of milk in my morning coffee it will go down very well indeed.0

            yum everything sounds so good!
I usually cook once a week on my day off (not much of a day "off" since i spend it shopping for food, cooking said food, and then cleaning the house but what can you do) - i make a pile of chicken breast and/or turkey and /or roast chicken and portion it off and stick in the freezer. that, together with a big salad and/or cooked veg is lunch (at work).
Supper - i get home from work at 7-8 pm, so i'll usually have scrambled eggs with toast, or tuna on toast, or hummus on pita. last night, in a burst of inspiration, i made some ginger fried rice (yum) with egg.0
