Ladies 5'9 eating 1300-1500 cals to lose the last 10-15lbs along with 3 days strength training and 2-3 days cardio??? Is it working for you? Are you lower than 100g of carbs each day??? This is what I just started doing as of June 1st and I wanna know if anyone else is in the same boat? Also, most fat around the middle (left overs from pregnancy 18 months ago!!!) I've been heavy lifting since January 3 times a week and cardio 2-3 times but I was at 1700cals and didn't watch macros or carb intake. So my change up really just includes going down to 1500cals and watching all macros and carb intakes. Im doing 35/35/30 carb/protein/fat.

Wow thats awesome! Lucky you! I have type 1 diabetes and hypothyroid. I think i have to eat way low carb and cals in order to lose weight. I did it before i got pregnant but didn't log and i lost 15lbs in like 3 months or so.

I have been T1 for 28 years and it is really hard for diabetics to droop weight. I have even been told that by 2 doctors.

try to increase your protein intake as well if possible! I aimed for minimum of 100g a day. I have some thyroid issues and found that 1600net cals worked well for me :) You can look back at my diary 1 month ago (things have changed now as my goals have changed) and get an idea.

    Good luck!

True for some diabetics BUT ive lost weight twice before and it was 15lbs in about 3 months. SO I should be able to do it again. And before anyone says anything, i gained weight back the first time cause i went back to old eating habits and the second time I got pregnant.
