just so you all know im not a fad dieter or anything. I eat healthily and exercise for at least half an hour most days, getting my heart rate up to 165, then do some weight training. I no longer snack on pies, although i occasionaly eat bad foods. Since around the start of this year my weight has stopped increasing, dropped a bit and is now maintained. Im 19, male and 96 kg. I was wondering how much weight i can lose in two weeks, and then slightly more slowly until i get to my ideal weight then srop back to my usual eating/exercise routine. Has anyone veer done this or knows how to do this that could giver me a couple of tips?

Our bodies are very clever and very quickly gets used to the type of food we eat and typ of excercise we do. Therefore it is important to constantly change your work out routine otherwise your body will just stay the same. Chock your body and muscles with a work out you have never done, for example do sprints instead of jogging, attend a kick boxing class, increse the weights or reps etc.. Also look at your diet, is there anything you can change? I have lost 24kg and I still have to tweek my diet and excersice constantly to get further results such as lower fat % or muscle mass.0
