ate a lot before period?

I've always been eating well but I find that a week before my period I just crave unhealthy foods like sweet foods?? I still eat lots of salads for my meals and my normal meals are generally the same but the problem is that I will add in sweet foods like a bite of cake every now and then and it adds up I think. I don't want that
what more last week was finals week and it made me eat more with less exercise being done.
Im scared it will affect my weightloss. The cravings don't go away for hours too. I tried waiting but the cravings are always there and they get worse when I try to study

same thing happens to me, my weight also fluctuates EXTREMELY when i am on my period, I just try to stick to what I do normally and continue to work out and most of the time I end up down a few days later.0

My sister and I both suffer from this : ) I think it's normal! I also think it helps to be prepared and know that it's just cravings. Are there healthy snacks/sweets you can have in the house that time of month? Maybe some hard candy to suck on or frozen yogurt? Good luck!0
